Where we are
We are located in the heart of Milan, in the Quartiere Isola / Garibaldi area, easily accessible by public transportation. While we primarily work remotely, we meet in the office for planning sessions, pair programming, and team-building activities.
What tech we use
Our tech stack includes Java for backend development (BE) and React/Angular for frontend development (FE), with Git/GitLab and Docker integrated into our workflows. For this role, we’re looking for someone with strong knowledge of Java and/or React or Angular with TypeScript.

We follow Agile development practices with a formal process that includes code reviews, pair programming, and continuous delivery. We care deeply about software quality and have a robust methodology and pipeline to ensure it’s always maintained. We don’t just code; we design solutions.

Our clients are well-established companies in sectors such as Energy, Industrial, Finance, and Health. Every day we tackle real-world, complex requirements, delivering high-level engineering solutions. Good English fluency is required to communicate effectively with international teams.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into technical specifications for backend or frontend solutions.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications, using Java for backend development and Angular or React with TypeScript for frontend integration.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in the Java ecosystem or in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- A continuous drive to learn and improve in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Eligible as a member of protected categories under Law 68/99.
